The Annual Meeting is IACME’s premier event that combines continuing professional development with networking, all in one day. The meeting is beneficial for medical education professionals of all experience levels, so come join us for a day devoted to your own professional development!

  • “Do you have a new idea or process that will benefit associations: send in your ideas or suggestions (ilalliance@aol.com) and present your idea to a panel of judges during the “Shark Tank” session.”  The winner will be awarded a gift card of $25 at the meeting.

 

Basics Track

The purpose of the IACME Basics Track is to provide a welcoming environment where newcomers to the profession can learn the fundamentals of CE/CME activity development and compliance. This year’s Basics Track features pre-workshop independent learning, group activities, facilitated discussion and interactive lectures to guide learners through the activity planning process and provide insights on how to:

  • determine educational needs, gaps, objectives and activity formats.
  • identify and resolve conflicts of interest.
  • plan for and analyze educational outcomes.

Attendees of the Basics will also participate in several General sessions offered during the IACME Annual Meeting (see agenda), in addition to the three 1-hour Basics sessions. To attend the Basics Track, please indicate your interest on the main conference registration form. Pre-workshop materials will be emailed to you approximately one week prior to the event.


  
Call for Posters
The IACME is seeking submissions for the Annual Meeting Poster Session. Posters may present research results, case studies, process improvements or other education-related project. Submit your abstract to Judy Jacobson at j.jacobson@asahq.org by Friday, May 19thSee attached forms for further details (Call for Posters and Poster Example).
 

 

Post-Meeting Happy Hour and Meet-up:  3:30pm – 5:00pm

Make plans to join fellow colleagues for a relaxing beverage and social time following the conference. Location details will be announced closer to the time of the event.

 

Created for professional of all experience levels, this year’s Annual Meeting is one that you don’t want to miss!

Registration: 

IACME is offering group registrations. The more people that attend from your organization, the more you save! To pay for your group registrations online with credit card, add each registrant as a guest to your registration. The cost listed is the total cost for the group, not per person.  All registration fees include annual membership to IACME!  Advance Registration Deadline: The advance registration deadline is May 31, 2017. On-site registration will be accepted.


Advanced Registration Fee (by May 31, 2017):

$175 per person, for the first two registrants from same organization
$150 per person, for each additional registrant after the first two

 

Registration Fee (after May 31, 2017 and on-site):

$200 per person, for the first two registrants from same organization
$175 per person, for each additional registrant after the first two


Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing by May 31, 2017. A $25 cancellation fee will be withheld. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations after May 31, 2017.
